Roth IRA Conversion Planning for a Tax-Free Retirement

At Hosler Wealth Management, the Roth IRA is a key vehicle we use to help our clients move toward a tax-free retirement. And yes — a tax-free retirement is possible.

Unlike a Traditional IRA, where you pay income tax on withdrawals, a Roth IRA is allowed to grow tax-free, and will generate future tax-free income retirement income because contributions are made with after-tax dollars.

For those with higher incomes, there are tax strategies that can be leveraged to maximize this investment vehicle, including the 401k Roth, and the “backdoor” Roth IRA. These strategies are not available to everyone, but we can help you assess your individual situation and determine whether these strategies make sense for you and your family.
